Unobtrusive Silence

My silence doesn't necessarily mean that I agree with you or what you are saying. In silence I'm able to wait until there is the opportunity for agreement, acknowledge what is agreeable, affirm you as you "no" it  so I can get to know you. When two agree the walk begins.

Perfectionism

Fatal narcissism of collapsing into one's own ego. This leads to self-pity that prevents one from suffering with and comforting others.

First may not be Last

Don’t be held hostage to first impressions whether of people or situations since they are often born out of prejudice rather than discernment. Too much emphasis on first impressions can steal the ability to think freely and truly.

You Just Don't Cut It

We are to expand the pie before we cut it. In order to multiply ourselves we must give ourselves into others. Continually done we will hear "Well done" instead of "You just don't cut it".

Dying to be with You

A man’s love for a woman seems to often begin with knowledge of his inferiority. He will fight against this knowledge aggressively trying to prove otherwise until discovering this knowledge is the first step that leads to something far greater; the creation of a new life now possible for two. Its fire(love) consumes even his own death as he is tested and changed.

Action

The super-thinker's tank.

Revelation

A radical re-think that deconstructs the instruction site.

Fear

Fear thrives on frustrations as ants on carbohydrates.

Brushing the Hare

There is in the game of life a rush that seeks wonder filled activities. This wonder uncontrolled moves more in a state of confusion that exists as when riding a roller coaster. You know it was exciting but you must always be passive. This oft-repeated thrill-seeking creates in us an aggression that tends to take on a life of its own that sees and feels stillness as a threat. The process can turn into a state of passive aggressiveness that seems normal because it deals with the ebb and flows of a given day, yet, doesn't seem to bring fulfillment. As we get near a tortoise-like state from exaustion or just simple fatigue, the confusion attached to the wonder of it causes us to misinterpret many things and people. A phrase we often use from this is "You just don't undertand" or "No one understands".

To distill the confusion from the wonder, the kaleidoscope must be stilled. The tortoise must brush against the hare and remain passive enough to then enter-actively remain in the present. What opens up is the capacity to now look deep into the beauty of reality when confusion from hare-raising activity is removed or stilled.
